Looking for an amazing opportunity to lead a fundraising division in North America? Up Fundraising is looking for a National Field Director to join and support our various campaigns. First locally the successful candidate will develop and grow a team from the ground up, then expand and take the same success to other markets both already established and new.
Ideally located in New York City, but this role is open to the right candidate across the USA.
This is a perfect opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded, self-starter, who wants to advance their career and show what they can do while working to make a difference in the world. If you love fundraising and motivating people and are inspired to make a difference, this is the role for you.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment. Leading by example and developing a team of fundraisers, team leads, and managers with the resources of a full recruitment department behind them. The successful candidate will be focused on quality donor acquisition, growing our field staff with training in office and in the field, monitoring team performance, and leading the team(s) to target driven success!
