Team Leader - Social Campaigns

Are you a passionate leader with experience in fundraising?

You will be responsible for training and motivating a team of outdoor face-to-face street fundraisers to achieve personal and team targets. The ideal Team Leader has a proven track record of achieving targets and will lead from the front, using their excellent communication skills and fundraising ability to acquire quality monthly donations. The individual will develop skills in new fundraisers and provide ongoing encouragement, coaching and support. Be the first line of management for a team representing a variety of different valuable causes that support children, animals, and humanitarian causes.

We are looking for someone who is target-driven, self-motivated, and who thrives in a positive and diverse team environment.
